It's official, our PRS Pool will not be opened this summer. I'm not really surprised. The guidelines were pretty specific and would have been hard to enforce. I'm disappointed as I'm sure many of you are as well. Here's an alternative you might want to consider:
If you're laughing, you still have a sense of humor. I was starting to think that it was okay to loosen up on staying home. I was so ready to start living my life again until last night. I watched the World News and saw the piece about the man who went to a BBQ. He contracted the virus and the same day he was admitted to the hospital, he died. There's only one sure way to not become another statistic, and that's to stay away from people. So, as much as it hurts me, that's what I'm going to keep doing. To repeat a quote, "I'd rather be 6 feet apart, than 6 feet under". Keep yourself informed and do what you feel is right for you. Better days are coming, I hope.
